The heading from today's post is taken straight from the overview of the National Level Exercises , or NLE for this 2010 year. These drills were and currently are being implemented beginning in May 2010 and concluding this July. According to the FEMA overview the drills were targeted for FEMA Region VIII and Region IX. These regions encompass several states, but the actual drills were held in L.A. and Washington D.C.or the National Capitol Region, as it is known according to FEMA , with little or no main stream media coverage. I wonder why??? The FEMA campaign of events highlighted the following points: -Planning structure and working groups -Capabilities and National focus areas -Development of objectives and scenarios. After the initial exercises which were conducted back in mid May, on June 17, 2010, they followed up conducting the evaluation and after action process. This was basically to be focused on the hypothetical nuclear incident response and recovery capabilities ....

Over the past few days I have been hearing and reading from several different non-mainstream sources about a massive evacuation plan that is about to take place in the Gulf States. Most if not all of the reports that cite the most recent U.S./Israeli troop movements in the middle east come from Middle east sources.
