Likewise, government agencies and other organizations have also explored the harrowing question and came up with detailed recommendations and response plans.
You are in a large city that has just been subjected to a single, low-yield nuclear detonation, between 0.1 and 10 kilotons.
This is much less powerful than the bomb dropped on Hiroshima — about 15 kilotons. However, it's not unlikely when looking at weapons like the new B61-12 gravity bomb, which is built by the US, maxes out at 50 kilotons, and can be dialed down to 0.3 kilotons. (Russia and Pakistan are working on similar so-called "tactical" nuclear weapons.)

AS I WALKED BACK, I LOOKED UP AT WHAT APPEARED TO BE THE BOTTOM OF THIS STRANGE BRIDGE THAT LOOKED LIKE IT WAS IN A TUNNEL, AND I SAW ALL THESE FIREWORKS THAT WERE UNDER THAT BRIDGE, BUT THEY LOOKED HUGE.
IN THE DREAM IT KIND OF LOOKED LIKE THE ABOVE LOONEY TUNES IMAGE. WHERE THERE WERE ALL THESE HUGE RED EXPLOSIVES PLACED ALL UNDER THIS BRIDGE/TUNNEL AND THAT IT WAS ABOUT TO BE SET OFF!
THEN REASON I KNOW IT WAS A PROPHETIC DREAM INDICATING HOW CLOSE WE ALL ARE FROM THIS WHOLE SITUATION EXPLODING AND SPIRALING OUT OF CONTROL, IS THAT YESTERDAY DURING THE DAY, ON THE RADIO, AND ON TV, I KEPT SEEING AND HEARING THE WORD "EXPLOSION," ALMOST AS A CONFIRMATION BY GOD THAT THE DREAM I HAD HAD WAS INDEED A SIGN BECAUSE THIS IS HOW HE CONFIRMS MESSAGES.

IN THE DREAM I UNDERSTOOD THAT THESE MISSILES WERE BEING SENT TOWARDS NORTH KOREA, AND THAT NORTH KOREA WOULD RETALIATE HARSHLY.
EVERYONE I WAS WITH IN THE DREAM SEEMED TO KNOW THAT THIS WAS THE START OF WW3!

On March 1, the WSJ reported that
the options contemplated by the White House in response to recent North
Korean acts, include "the possibility of both military force and regime
change to counter the country’s nuclear-weapons threat." The review
came es amid recent events have strained regional stability including
last month's launch by North Korea of a ballistic missile into the Sea
of Japan, and the assassination of the estranged half brother of North
Korean leader Kim Jong Un in Malaysia.
And, according to a report in Yonhap, said "regime change" may come far sooner than expected: the South Korean website writes that U.S. special operations forces, including the unit that killed Osama Bin Laden, will take part in joint military drills in South Korea "to practice incapacitating North Korean leadership in the case of conflict", a military official said Monday.
The U.S. Navy’s Special Warfare Development Group, better known as the SEAL Team 6, will arrive in South Korea for joint military drills and take part in an exercise simulating a precision North Korean incurion and "the removal of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un", according to the Ministry of National Defense Monday.

OVER THE PAST FEW NIGHTS, I HAVE BEEN HAVING WHAT I SEE AS VERY PROPHETIC DREAMS.
ON SATURDAY NIGHT I HAD A DREAM WHERE I WAS GOING TO CROSS WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A BRIDGE, BUT AT THE SAME TIME IT LOOKED LIKE A TUNNEL. THIS AREA LOOKED LIKE IT WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION OR DEMOLITION. AS I APPROACHED SEVERAL MEN THAT WERE WORKING THERE TOLD ME I NEEDED TO GO BACK AS IT WAS GETTING READY TO BE TAKEN DOWN. AS I WALKED BACK, I LOOKED UP AT WHAT APPEARED TO BE THE BOTTOM OF THIS STRANGE BRIDGE THAT LOOKED LIKE IT WAS IN A TUNNEL, AND I SAW ALL THESE FIREWORKS THAT WERE UNDER THAT BRIDGE, BUT THEY LOOKED HUGE.
THEN REASON I KNOW IT WAS A PROPHETIC DREAM INDICATING HOW CLOSE WE ALL ARE FROM THIS WHOLE SITUATION EXPLODING AND SPIRALING OUT OF CONTROL, IS THAT YESTERDAY DURING THE DAY, ON THE RADIO, AND ON TV, I KEPT SEEING AND HEARING THE WORD "EXPLOSION," ALMOST AS A CONFIRMATION BY GOD THAT THE DREAM I HAD HAD WAS INDEED A SIGN BECAUSE THIS IS HOW HE CONFIRMS MESSAGES.
THEN LAST NIGHT I HAD ANOTHER DREAM.
IN THAT DREAM I WAS IN MEXICO WITH MY FAMILY AND IT WAS NIGHT TIME. THEN I LOOKED UP AND SAW THESE TWO MISSILES THAT WERE FLYING ACROSS THE SKY. THEY LOOKED WHITE, AND BIG. IN THE DREAM I UNDERSTOOD THAT THESE MISSILES WERE BEING SENT TOWARDS NORTH KOREA, AND THAT NORTH KOREA WOULD RETALIATE HARSHLY.
EVERYONE I WAS WITH IN THE DREAM SEEMED TO KNOW THAT THIS WAS THE START OF WW3!
THE TIMELINE, AS I HAVE STATED ON HERE RECENTLY, THAT I SEE AS THE MOST RELEVANT TO WHEN THIS ALL EXPLODES, IS APRIL. I SPECIFICALLY THINK IT WILL BE WITHIN APRIL 13TH AND MAY 13TH, AS THIS WOULD BE THE MONTH PRIOR TO THE ANNIVERSARY OF THE FIRST FATIMA APPARITION.
THIS WEEK IN APRIL WOULD ALSO BE HOLY WEEK, OR LEADING INTO HOLY WEEK.

Hello Marc. I had not counted the red marks, but that's interesting. I just found it telling how the April calendar kept being in the background in various scenes in this episode. I too looked up that Tenn. city, as it was also referenced in this episode, but did not realize this power plant was nearby. Time will tell if the Simpsons are right again!
