According to Retuers, the United States is expected to tell Russia on Thursday it is suspending their diplomatic engagement on Syria following the Russian-backed Syrian government's intense attacks on Aleppo, U.S. officials said on condition of anonymity.
Why now and what happens next? According to US officials, the Obama administration is now considering tougher responses to the Russian-backed Syrian government assault on Aleppo, including military options. According to Reuters, the new discussions were being held at "staff level," and have yet to produce any recommendations to President Barack Obama, who has resisted ordering military action against Syrian President Bashar al-Assad in the country's multi-sided civil war."We are on the verge of suspending the discussion because it is irrational in the context of the kind of bombing taking place to be sitting there trying to take things seriously," Kerry told an audience in Washington.
"It is one of those moments where we are going to have to pursue other alternatives," he added.
"The president has asked all of the agencies to put forward options, some familiar, some new, that we are very actively reviewing," Blinken said. "When we are able to work through these in the days ahead we'll have an opportunity to come back and talk about them in detail."
However, now that diplomacy with
Russia is set to end, this will give the greenlight for Obama to send
in US troops in Syria, with Putin certain to respond appropriately, in
what will be the biggest military escalation in the Syrian proxy war in
its five and a half year history.

Terrorists Planning Chemical Attacks in Syria's Aleppo - Russian MoD

The Russian Defense Ministry said that it has information that
terrorists are planning chemical attacks against the Syrian army and
residential areas in Aleppo.
"It became known that terrorist groups are preparing provocative attacks
by chemical weapons on Syrian army's positions and residential areas in
the east part of Aleppo to accuse government forces [of the attacks],"
Lt. Gen. Viktor Poznikhir, the first deputy chief of the Main
Operational Directorate of the Russian General Staff, said.
The cessation of hostilities in Syria was undermined by militant groups
that have increased their activities, he added.
"We were ready to prolong the ceasefire regime consistently, striving to
extend it indefinitely. At the same time the cessation of hostilities
was derailed by militants. Not only did the intensity of shelling of
government forces positions [by militants] fail to subside, but the
armed groups' activity increased," Poznikhir said.
The Russian Defense Ministry said that the situation in Syria has
deteriorated as militants have regrouped and launched offensives in
Aleppo and Hama provinces.
"As a result of the situation in the Syrian Arab Republic has escalated
significantly. In the provinces of Aleppo and Hama, opposition groups,
taking advantage of the seven-day truce, replenished the stocks of
ammunition and weapons, to regroup and started offensive operations in
order to capture new territories."
Over the last several days, the ceasefire in Syria has teetered on the
verge of collapse. Fighting in Aleppo intensified after the Syrian army
declared an end to the week-long ceasefire on Friday, blaming rebels for
numerous violations that made the cessation of hostilities untenable.
On Tuesday, Syrian government forces liberated most of the al-Farafira
district northwest of Aleppo's historic Old City and advanced the
frontline for the first time in years.

Rare Black Moon to rise on Friday in night sky of Western Hemisphere

The term Black Moon has several definitions, but one of the most common definitions is the second new moon in a calendar month. This is similar to the well-known Blue Moon, which is the name given to the second full moon in a calendar month.
Since it is a new moon, it will not be a visible event as the side of the moon that is illuminated will be facing away from the Earth.
The last time that two new moons fell in the same month was March of 2014.
While some areas of the world, such as the United States, experience a Black Moon in September, it will not be the case for the entire world.
"It's the second new moon this month in all of the Americas, but not in Europe and points east from there," said Bob Berman, an astronomer for Slooh.
This is because the new moon occurs at 8:11 p.m. EDT on Sept. 30, so for areas in the Eastern Hemisphere, the new moon will officially occur after the calendar flips to October.
However, these areas will not miss out on a Black Moon. Another new moon will occur at the end of the month, giving the Eastern Hemisphere a Black Moon right around Halloween.

The Emergency Alert System (EAS) will conduct a nationwide test today, with connection directly to the White House for the President to send a message directly to every American with a smart phone.
The test will take place at 2:20 PM eastern US time today.
This is the first time in history that such a test, will include a message from the President.
The goal of the mandatory test is to access the operational readiness and effectiveness of federal infrastructure to test the ability of a President to notify the American people within ten minutes of a national emergency.

WELL HE IS THE COMING OF SOMETHING, BUT IT'S SOMETHING QUIET EVIL.

THE GRAPES WOULD BE PICKED AND THEN PRESSED, MAKING THE REFERENCE TO HIS PEOPLE. THAT HIS PEOPLE WOULD BE PICKED OFF THE VINEYARD AND PRESSED, AND STAMPED ON TO GATHER THE JUICE.
SOME GRAPES WERE SWEET, BUT THE REBELLIOUS ONES WERE SOUR AND THROWN AWAY.
THE TIME OF THE GREAT HARVEST IS HERE. THE LORD PREPARES HIS WINE PRESS.

Hello there Bill. Yes, it is. It's all coming in October, as the final year of the Fatima prophecy will commence on the 13th. Once we, as a global community enter that date, it will be as if entering that period of prophecy culmination! It's all coming at the same time.
