"First Call" is a bugle call with three distinct meanings.
At a U.S. military installation it is a pre-reveille "courtesy" signal, sounded around 05:50, originally to assemble the trumpeteers to deliver the reveille that would be forthcoming at 06:00. Some locations also sound it a few minutes before retreat (lowering the flag at the end of the day).
In other military contexts it may be used (e.g. 5 minutes) prior to sounding Assembly for any particular formation. Individuals who have not fallen in by the last note of Assembly may be considered late or AWOL.
On ships of the US Navy, First Call is sounded at 0755, 5 minutes ahead of Morning Colors (raising the national ensign), and 5 minutes before Evening Colors (lowering the national ensign). In the absence of a bugle, the word is passed, "First call, first call to colors." The same ceremony takes place on shore establishments but not on ships underway.

At a horse race, it is a signal that all mounts should be at the paddock exit in order to proceed to the track to begin the post parade. The tune is usually sounded by a bugler five to 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of the race. The call serves a similar purpose in dog racing. Most race track buglers do not perform First Call as written in 3/8 time, but employ a much simpler version in 3/4 time that sounds quite similar to First Call.^{[citation needed]} This simpler bugle call is what is usually referred to as "The Call To Post".

I THOUGHT I WOULD FIRST BEGIN WITH THE DIFFERENT MEANINGS OF WHAT THIS SONG, "FIRST CALL," MEANS.


NOW TO MY DREAM LAST NIGHT.


LAST NIGHT I HAD A SERIES OF STRANGE DREAMS, BUT IN ONE OF THE DREAMS I REMEMBER DISTINCTLY HEARING THE BUGLE/TRUMPET CALL OF THIS PARTICULAR TUNE, "FIRST CALL."


IN THE DREAM I ALSO REMEMBER HEARING A VOICE SAY SOMETHING LIKE RIDERS UP! OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT, MEANING THAT IT WAS A CALL TO HORSEMEN TO BE UP ON THEIR HORSES AND READY TO RIDE.


I DID NOT EVEN KNOW WHAT THIS MELODY WAS CALLED UNTIL I LOOKED IT UP.
I THOUGHT IT WAS VERY PROPHETIC AND KNOW THAT I LOOKED IT UP AND THE DIFFERENT MEANINS ASSOCIATED WITH IT, I FIND IT EXTREMELY PROPHETIC ESPECIALLY HOW SO MANY OF THE REFERENCES ALL DEAL WITH THE MILITARY!


THE DREAM SIGNIFIES TO ME THE START OF THE WAR, OR PERHAPS JUST HOW CLOSE WE ARE TO THE RIDERS OF THE APOCALYPSE COMING THROUGH ON THEIR HORSES OF DEATH, WAR, AND PESTILENCE.


THE WHOLE PATRIOT ACT DRAMA IS ALL FOR SHOW IN ORDER TO DO SEVERAL THINGS FOR THE ILLUMINATI.
1. IT SERVES AS A BUILDING BLOCK, OR STEPPING STONE FOR RAND PAUL TO GAIN RESPECT AND MOMENTUM FROM THE CONSPIRACY MINDED CROWD, FOR HE IS SEEN AS "STANDING UP" AGAINST THE NSA AND HIS REPUBLICAN COUNTERPARTS TO PROTECT CIVIL FREEDOMS AND RIGHTS TO PRIVACY, BUT IT IS ALL A SHOW.


2. IT WILL SERVE AS A SCAPEGOAT POLICY FOR WHEN THT NEXT FALSE FLAG OCCURS. THE ILLUMINATI PUPPETS WILL POINT THE FINGER AND SAY, "SEE, WE NEED TO CONTINUE SPYING ON PEOPLE, BECAUSE THIS IS WHY THIS HORRIBLE EVENT HAPPENED, BECAUSE WE LET THE PATRIOT ACT NSA POLICY EXPIRE AND THIS TERROR EVENT HAPPENED."


3. IT WILL SERVE HAS A STEPPING STONE FOR RAND PAUL AND OTHERS THAT ARE CURRENTLY AGAINST IT (ON PURPOSE) TO LATER STATE "WE WERE WRONG, AND NOW WE NOT ONLY HAVE TO RE INSTATE THIS PATRIOT ACT NSA SPYING, BUT WE HAVE TO ADD MORE TO IT TO PREVENT ANOTHER HORRIBLE FALSE FLAG.

THE HORSEMEN EXPLANATION

The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse are described in the last book of the New Testament of the Bible, called the Book of Revelation of Jesus Christ to Saint John the Evangelist, at 6:1-8. The chapter tells of a book or scroll in God's right hand that is sealed with seven seals. The Lamb of God, or Lion of Judah (Jesus Christ), opens the first four of the seven seals, which summons four beings that ride out on white, red, black, and pale horses. Although some interpretations differ, in most accounts, the four riders are seen as symbolizing Conquest,^[1] War,^[2] Famine,^[3] and Death, respectively. The Christian apocalyptic vision is that the four horsemen are to set a divine apocalypse upon the world as harbingers of the Last Judgment.^[1][4]
