The latest reports from the middle east news sources indicate that there will be another announcement of nuclear achievement from Iran's leaders. The last time there was a major announcement was on Feb. 11th, 2010, when Iran's supreme leader and Ahmadinejad, both announced that Iran had become a nuclear state, on the anniversary date of their Revolution.
Now they are again going to make another annoucement of significant proportion in the face of certain impending sanctions.
This past Friday it was reported also that an Iranian firm used a Chinese company to acquire certain key equipment for their nuclear program. Not only is Russia helping to aid in the building of nuclear plants in Iran, but so has China been a willing ally in Iran's nuclear progress, and hence the reason why both are so adamently opposed to any new sanctions on Iran.

The only other thing that would cause the Iranian leadership to make a follow up announcement to their last one in Feb., was that they had finally achieved their over all objective...a nuclear detonation or a nuclear weapon.
